What do you want patrons of the Symphony to know about you?
I love what I do. I love living and investing in Jacksonville: parks, neighborhoods, schools, churches, restaurants, local shops.
What would you be doing if you weren’t a professional musician?
I would be working in a non-profit to benefit the disabled or homeless.
What do you do in your spare time (other than practice!)?
Spend time with my wife and three children, running, beach-life.
What is your favorite thing about being a professional musician?
I enjoy being part of inspiring performances that are only possible through live orchestral music.
What sport(s) do you participate in?
Little league Baseball, running

Bachelor’s in Music Performance from the University of Southern California (1993). Following graduation, Colin was recruited by the New World Symphony of Miami Beach and later earned the position of co-principal viola.
